MetroPCS Users, To activate ICaughtU service on your phone do as follows:

  1. Sign up.
  2. You will get an email from us with activation instructions.

First step, you need to call to MetroPCS and ask them to add the $5 Conditional Calls Forwarding Feature to your plan (Value Bundle). MetroPCS will then allow you to forward your busy calls to ICaughtU, and this will allow the service run on your mobile phone.
